ArtのAと、DesignのDと、その間のBC
本サイトは私、諌元（いさもと）大輔の実績をご紹介するためのポートフォリオサイトです。私は大学でプロダクトデザインを学んだ後、パブリックアートのディレクション・プロデュース会社でコーディネーターとデザイナーを兼務し、会社を離れた後は活動領域をさらに広げ、実践してきました。その結果、自分の役割が、アーティスティックディレクション、プロジェクトコーディネーション、アートワーク制作、デザインと、参加するプロジェクトによって変わるようになりました。そのような生き方を続けるうちに、アートとデザインが交錯する領域のどこかで、何かのカタチで自分を必要としてくれる人がいる時に、自分の社会的な存在意義がうまれると考えるに至りました。一つの道を極めた専門家にも憧れますが、私にはこの生き方と考え方が合うようです。アートとデザインのバランスのとれた考え方で、それらの間にある領域で色々な役割を果たすために、自分の活動の場を「ArtのAと、DesignのDと、その間のBC」に位置づけて、屋号をAD,BCと名付け活動することにしました。
アーティスティックディレクション、プロジェクトコーディネート業務においては、設置空間をよく理解し、アーティストやデザイナーと一緒にプロジェクトを実現します。
パブリックアート制作、パブリックデザイン制作、舞台美術などジャンルを限定せず、プロジェクトの意義をよく理解し、作品を制作します。
なにかのカタチでお役に立てれば嬉しいです。

This is Daisuke Isamoto's portfolio site. After studying product design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, I have worked as an art-project coordinator and designer for a Public Art Consultancy. Since I left the company in 2013, I have expanded my specialties to include theatrical scenic design and I have been working as an artistic director, a project coordinator, an artist, and a designer according to the project I am commissioned to. This career made me to believe I can find the meaning of my existence in the field where art and design intersect and where someone needs me for something. Although I still admire the professional with complete knowledge of one specialty, I feel comfortable with my way of life and my way of thinking. To maintain a balanced mind between Art and Design and to play many roles in the field in between them, I have started AD,BC ( A for Art, D for Design, BC for somewhere in-between ).
As an artistic director/project coordinator, I work with artists and designers to create and provide art /design works with a good understanding of the installation space and the project concept.
As an artist/designer, I create and provide art/design works such as public art, public design, theatrical scenic design, and more.
